Jefferson Landscape and Design is a professional Design and Build company that offers its clients exceptional, quality landscape designs and installations at highly competitive rates. We are a Licensed C-27 Landscape Contractor, Bonded with with Over 25 Years of Experience, Certified as a Pond and Waterfall Specialist, a Preferred Contractor of Home Depot and an A+ Member of the Better Business Bureau. We carry both General Liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance.

We are a family owned and operated company. And as such, we put a high value on the personal relationship we have with our clients and appreciate their business. We are always available to answer questions, solve problems and provide additional help. In the unlikely event something needs to be replaced or doesn't work, we guarantee it will be handled quickly and at no charge (in most cases), for up to one (1) year. Jefferson Landscape and Design does not offer regular landscape maintenance for the projects we design and install. However, if once your project is complete you are interested in obtaining these services, we are happy to provide our clients with a recommendation or two.

The design and installation process we use offers benefits other landscape companies simply don’t. Our design staff meets with you for three (3) separate meetings to ensure maximum communication during the design process. At no time are you surprised by the items in your design or what they cost. Once the design has been completed and you hire us to do your project's installation, we apply our design fee, which is minimal, toward the cost of your project. For larger, more expensive projects that (knowingly) exceeds our client's initial budget, we take the time to work with them in order to split the installation into different phases.

Jefferson Landscape and Design guarantees our water features won’t leak. Our natural Pond Ecosystems and Pondless Waterfalls are both built with 50-millimeter thick rubber liner rated to last for fifty years. We use an underlayment to guarantee further protection against any sort of root intrusion. We use extra liner around pond berms in case the area is disrupted by traffic or needs to be adjusted later. This is helpful in the likely event you become a pond hobbyist and add plantings or ornamental statuaries of your own. Similarly, our waterfalls have hidden rolls of extra liner tucked into their flanks to protect against any potential runoff caused by settling. While these disturbances rarely happen, if they do, we are prepared for it and will make the necessary adjustments at no cost for the first year and more importantly, take the time to tutor our clients, demonstrate how easily these adjustments are made.
